Gewandstatue
sketchfab
The statue of a woman cradling a child stretches back to the 3rd and 4th centuries AD. This near-life-sized sculpture is divided into two sections. The child perched on her left palm is missing its head, torso, feet, and right arm. Her long falling sash and two necklaces add a touch of elegance to this sculpture. Due to its origin, it's believed to be an honorary statue representing a female member of the imperial family.
