Credit for this impressive design belongs to the creators over at myminifactory.com, specifically their remarkable GetH Rifle Mass Effect print. My friend was thrilled when I presented them with a perfectly crafted replica. The Makerbot True Black PLA material proved to be an excellent choice for this project. To optimize print speed and minimize weight, 10% infill, two shells, and a 0.20 mm layer height were used throughout. This involved printing the entire design on two Makerbots simultaneously. In total, it took approximately 65 hours and 48 minutes to complete the task. When finished, the rifle measured an impressive 26 inches in length and weighed precisely 1 pound and 15 ounces.
