Geta as a Child

Publius Septimius Geta Augustus ruled Rome alongside his father Septimius Severus and brother Caracalla as co-emperors from 209 AD. His older brother had held the title since 198, when he was named Augustus like Publius. When Severus died in 211, Geta's brothers intended for them to share power, but they proved unable to rule together. Caracalla ultimately killed his brother Geta in December of that year, while their mother Julia Domna stood by helplessly. This model is part of "Scan The World", a non-profit project initiated by MyMiniFactory. Through this initiative, a vast digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures and landmarks from across the globe is being created for free public access.
