UV Resin Curing Box. Either spray chrome paint inside to add reflection or use chrome vinyl stickers for best results. Internal dimensions are 85x140x155mm. Designed to fit a UV LED cob light up to 60x40mm with mounting holes 34x34mm. Printing the Lamp mount part out of PETG is suggested as it can get quite warm without cooling. A 30W AC powered light was used and it is blindingly bright, so going any higher than that would not be recommended; lower would be best. 07/30/19 - Update A "low power" USB version of the lamp housing has been added, using the LED panel out of a SUN mini nail lamp. This one runs at 365+405nm and is very affordable. The PCB section was removed and desoldered to put in a switch instead of the timer that comes on the PCB. Applicable files are listed as "Lamp Cover 2, Lamp Mount 2". Construction Notes: Spray or attach silver/chrome vinyl before building the box. It's easier to build the box upside down. 1. Place the "top" part upside down. 2. Attach walls one by one using the nameplate as a brace. 3. Attach the back panel. 4. Slot in the door panel by running it into groves and down. 5. Attach the floor panel.
