This is a precision-crafted PAIR valve blockoff cap tailored specifically for the Honda Ruckus. The PAIR valve typically draws in atmospheric air after the exhaust valve closes, blending it into the exhaust gases that then flow through the muffler and beyond. It's normally secured once carburator modifications are complete. I printed my prototype out in hatchbox green ABS at 20% infill to verify the size was accurate. The final part was milled out of 6061-T6 aluminum plate on a Shapeoko 3.
