I wanted contact details on my dog tag. I used this small tag for my small dogs due to its compact size. However, the original tag (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3528335) was prone to breaking during playtime, rendering the contact information useless. To increase its lifespan, I decided to engrave the text instead. The source code was rewritten to improve readability and make it easier to customize by adding comments. Feel free to modify it as needed. I printed this tag on my CR10S4 and Ender3 3D printers using 100% infill with ABS material. PLA or other materials should also work fine. To enhance the tag's visibility, I suggest using the change filament extension in Cura to switch between different colors or adding paint to the grooves.
