German WW2 Axis Sentry Box
thingiverse
I'm creating this first project which has evolved into more than just an edit. I've managed to keep the original dimensions intact while changing the external shape. However, issues arose with scaling, which was resolved in Cura by converting units from meters to millimeters - a mistake on my part, as I didn't convert to mm when designing the project. My target scale of 1:35 proved satisfactory for myself but may not be ideal for others' dioramas. Additionally, a boom gate requires a small piece of dowel or skewer cut to precise measurements. This creation was motivated by the outrageous cost of $39 for a model box. Print time on my Ender 3 took approximately one hour with some defects noted. The base still needs further adjustments.
