# Wall Socket Making Template I designed this template to mark the wall socket holes in a DIY project (in Germany, to be precise). The template is according to sockets following the DIN 49 075 norm. ## Features - 68 mm wall socket box diameter - three socket holes, 71 mm separate of adjacent holes - the template features a center cross and the diameter of the socket - notches on top of the template for 71 mm and 91 mm (adjacent frames) Though the template only has three holes to fit my printer bed, it can be used for 4 or more element frames as I show in the picture. I printed the template in PETG for increased stability. PLA was too soft, allowing too much bend in the template. As this template is to be used in Germany, the same text below in German. Die Maße sind ausgelegt für Dosen, welche der DIN 49 075 folgen. ## Eigenschaften - Dosendurchmesser 68 mm - drei Löcher, jeweils Mittenabstand 71 mm - Die Schablone hat ein Kreuz für den Bohrpilot und den etwaigen Umfang der Dose - Nuten am oberen Ende der Schablone, jeweil 71 mm und 91 mm für getrennte Rahmen. Ich habe die Schablone in PETG gedruckt, da PLA sich zu weich anfühlte.
