I've replaced the y-axis bearings on my Neo printer with a new 625Z ball bearing and I'm pleased to report that it's working flawlessly after about a year of service without any issues whatsoever. This replacement plate is designed specifically for standard applications, but be aware that you'll need to exercise some caution when installing it since plastic parts can be more prone to damage than metal components - although my own installation has been trouble-free for over a year now.
