The coaster is intended to be printed independently from the flag, then secured in place using adhesive within a recessed area. I have allowed for 0.50 mm of tolerance between the flag and the recess to ensure proper fitment. Separate STL files are provided for each color of the flag to facilitate printing directly from the bed. Each color change is approximately 16.72 mm tall, enabling seamless transitions. To accommodate filament changes, an additional STL file has been included that represents the entire flag, allowing users to switch colors at every 16.72 mm interval if desired. When printing the flag, it's essential to utilize a robust brim setting for added support. Consider using multiple brims and outlines, extending several millimeters beyond the flag's outline, to ensure stability throughout the print process. This design is compatible with many of my other coaster designs, making it an excellent addition to any collection.
