Scale 1/1800 Bismarck Class Battleship model, certain features not to scale. Only two Bismarck Class battleships were built for the Kriegsmarine, with Bismarck completed in 1940 and Tirpitz in 1941. They featured a main armament of eight fifteen-inch guns, twelve six-inch guns, sixteen four-inch guns, and an assortment of smaller guns. Bismarck and Tirpitz were both lost during World War II. This model was designed and thoroughly tested at 1/1800 scale, but upscaling and downscaling are feasible. Due to limited detail, scaling it larger isn't recommended, with gun barrels and mast notably enlarged. As part of my extensive collection of WWII warships, stay tuned for additional releases. If you have a specific request, feel free to message me and I'll prioritize it accordingly. Update August 13, 2019: Added boats and anchor chains, updated hull design, and adjusted details for enhanced printability. The model also features a Tirpitz variant equipped with torpedoes. This model has been extensively tested using PLA filament at a .1mm layer height with a .4mm nozzle.
