This matches the "LED UV Disinfection Lamp Tube Portable Handheld UVC" type hand-wand uv sterilization lamp found on eBay. I've included a picture to help you determine if it will work for your needs, but be sure to measure carefully to ensure proper fitment. The mounting surface ID is 28.6mm; scale or adjust as necessary to match. Print two stands and attach them securely to each side of the lamp using hose clamps. Zip ties may also work, although I haven't tested them yet. Handle the device with care to avoid damage, and if possible, test it remotely before exposure. Prolonged exposure to UV-C band light can be hazardous.
