GEPRC Mark4 HD5 embedded arm protector

This is an arm tip protector for the GEPRC Mark4 HD5. I believe that the arms are the same for the regular Mark4, so it should work for that frame also. There are lots of arm protectors on thingiverse, but I wasn't thrilled by the retention methods. I designed one which has the arm embedded in the 3D print. The first print failed because the TPU didn't stick to the upper surface of the arm. On the second attempt I used glue stick on the carbon, and the TPU went down beautifully. Now I have a protector that fully encases the arm, is very secure, and doesn't put sandwiched TPU between the screws, motor and arm. To stick the TPU to the carbon, I used the glue stick that came with my Prusa MK3s printer. I used scotch tape to mask off the rest of the arm. I used one of my color changes to insert the arm into the partial print. If you want a solid color arm, you'll need to insert a pause in the gcode. Be sure the arm is fully seated or it will mess up the print. If you haven't done inserts in your printed parts before, I'd recommend doing one arm at a time rather than all 4 at once. That way you haven't wasted a ton of time if the print goes bad. Also be sure you make two prints with the arm flipped one way and two more with the arm flipped the other way. I printed with 25% gyroid style infill. The stock arms weigh 11 grams, and with the protectors the per arm weight goes to 15 grams. Print video: https://youtu.be/PhPIQT6mx5A
