Georgie is the beloved pet bird of my YouTube channel, JuicyMoose Productions! I recently created a 3D scan of him using meshmixer and edited it to perfection. Scanning a moving object like Georgie proved to be an extremely challenging task, so I had to get creative and build some of his features organically within meshmixer. I also added back in some of the details that were lost during the scanning process. The green model you see above is the non-detailed version, while the blue one showcases all the intricate details. To demonstrate the difference, I took close-up shots of the detailed version. Please keep in mind that I've done my best to repair the file, but it's always a good idea to run file repairs as an extra precaution. When I printed small versions of Georgie, they turned out perfectly, but if you're planning on printing a larger one, make sure to double-check everything beforehand.
