George Washington is a statue crafted by renowned French sculptor Jean-Antoine Houdon from the late 18th century. This specific bronze reproduction stands proudly in Fair Oaks Park directly across the street from the Minneapolis Institute of Art in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Various aspects of this model remain incomplete as Washington stands atop an exceptionally tall pedestal and several hidden areas were not captured. The discovery after creating this model was quite surprising: the bronze used lacks the staff on which Washington rests his right hand in the original version.
