I noticed the angle wasn't quite right when I printed this. Geordi's visor is slightly thicker at the front than it is in back, meaning your "rods" will be longer at the front of the visor and shorter towards the rear - a difference of about 6mm. It was also a bit too tight, so I increased its width by 5mm. You can easily adjust that in your slicer on the X-axis or tinker with it further at Tinkercad.com.
