Geometry Detail Test 01
thingiverse
To assess how various geometry features print at different scales, I created a reference guide with minimal scientific backing. Due to Makerbot's low horizontal resolution, I set it to vertically print at a 15-degree angle with support, which has proven effective. A flat version is also included for those who prefer horizontal printing or customization. Presently, I am printing in ABS at a 40mm/s feed rate and 0.2 mm layer height, demonstrating that even the thinnest walls appear clearly at this resolution.
