I took a fresh approach for the #BlocksCADSnowflake contest and opted for the Torus shape, offsetting it on the X axis before rotating using the loop command to create the desired form. My design measures precisely 100mm in width and prints perfectly. To ensure a flat bottom that's printer-friendly, I specified six faces for the torus. This allows for easy printing without any complications. I've also made the number of sides a variable so you can easily customize the shape of your snowflake. Simply adjust this variable and render to see what unique possibilities arise. You can hang your finished snowflake from one of its edge holes or print multiple copies to use as coasters around the house.
