GEOMETRIC EARRINGS

I'm designing a set of earrings that showcase mathematical concepts from my MATH 402 Non-Euclidean Geometry class. Three pairs of earrings represent Euclidean Geometry, Non-Euclidean Geometry including Hyperbolic and Spherical Geometry. These designs are inspired by the ideas I learned last semester, particularly in my studies on geometry. The first thing to notice about these earrings is that they demonstrate key properties of triangles, such as how their interior angles add up. The definition of a straight line or "line" is also reflected in the design. Take a look at the triangles themselves - how do they appear? Do you see any perpendicular lines that intersect them? One of my projects was printed on Shapeways.com and I'm excited to bring this idea to life with earrings.
