I discovered that the initial STL model of the sides section created by esparapse had a non-flat surface and thus failed at the first few layers. To rectify this issue, I reinforced the base and made a precise cut. The result is seamless and works flawlessly. Furthermore, I encountered problems with the flex-part as well. Utilizing TPU, I found that the part was excessively thin to sustain the weight of the concrete. Therefore, I increased its thickness to 2 mm, which should yield better results in the long run.
