For years now, when assembling Hot Ends, I've been trying to achieve a precise bevel on the outside of the 4mm PTFE/TEFLON tube, but every attempt has been met with failure - no matter how sharp my knives or pencil sharpeners have been.\r\n\r\nThe inside of the tube is a breeze to bevel; a scalpel does the trick with ease. However, the outside has proven to be an insurmountable challenge.\r\n\r\nIt wasn't until I experienced a breakthrough that "Geoffs-Teflon-Bevelled-End-Cutter" was born. This ingenious tool not only makes a standard 90-degree cut but also bevels the outside of 4mm PTFE/TEFLON tube with precision.\r\n\r\nThe images clearly demonstrate the resulting bevel. To use this device, simply follow these steps:\r\n1- Cut the tube at a 90-degree angle.\r\n2- Insert the PTFE/TEFLON tube into a battery drill.\r\n3- Place the single-sided razor blade in the 45-degree slot.\r\n4- Push the tube forward, start the drill, and then pull out a perfectly beveled end.
