I replaced my missing Dyson DC59 crevice tool with one I made myself since my daughter lost hers somehow. eBay assured me that this DIY version would also fit the models DC34, DC35, D37, D39, DC45, D47, D49, DC52, DC58, DC59, DC62, and DC63, as well as the V6. To manufacture it, I utilized support material and a raft. I set the infill to 85% with a nozzle diameter of 0.4mm and used ABS plastic for the build. The two parts fit together very tightly, so I glued them with Silicone Rubber. This adhesive also serves as a lubricant until it sets.
