Geoff's GT2 Timing Belt pulley Mk2 - fully 3D printed
thingiverse
Upgrade to my earlier "Geoff's GT2 Timing Belt Pulley" version, which boasts a simplified design that eliminates the grub screw, making it effortless to slide the pulley off the rod for maintenance. The redesigned teeth now closely mimic those of a GT2 belt, as evident in the partially red-colored pulley and GT2 belt image. The only assembly required is inserting a 3mm screw and nut into each hole, with varying lengths depending on the diameter, approximately 18-22mm. You may need to drill out the center, contingent upon your 3D printer's calibration settings. This updated version includes four pulley sizes: 16T, 18T, 20T, and 22T, each featuring centers in 5/6/7/8mm diameters (except where the walls are too thin). If you need custom sizes, simply send me a private message.
