I ordered a GT2 Timing Belt pulley online but I didn't feel like waiting for it to arrive by mail. Printed at 80% Concentric Fill - the only assembly required is pushing a 3mm nut into the bottom slot (since plastic isn't strong enough). You might want to drill out the center, depending on your 3D printer's calibration settings. The order includes 18T and 20T pulleys, each size with 5mm/6mm/7mm centers.
