I made up this spacer to install eight 3/4" HDPE tubes into a 300' deep 6" well with 7" well casing to 150' deep. The pipes are installed free standing in the water. The temperature of the system never drops below 38F so no antifreeze is required in the pipes. It's designed for 10 GPM or 2.5 GPM per tube to keep pump HP and head loss to a minimum for high efficiency. Anything you read online about maintaining higher velocity to meet a Reynolds number is not based on actual field condition data and just wastes pumping KWH. I installed the spacers on 6' centers to keep the pipes evenly distributed around the outside of the well. I heat treated the parts at 140F for 1 hour and let them cool to room temp in the oven to fully anneal them. ordinary PLA was used for its non toxic properties and ease of use.
