Creating a complete geodesic dome is no easy task, but I managed to print one that looks just like the picture - with no supports or raft needed. To ensure stability, I added a brim with 1 skirt layer and 5 skirt outlines. Looking back, I'm not even sure if those extra features were necessary; it just seemed vulnerable without them. I opted for 10% infill on this test print, but in hindsight, you might be able to get away with no infill at all or use more solid top and bottom layers along with additional outline perimeter shells. Since this small geodesic dome is only inches in size, it was a great starting point. If you're looking to scale up the design, I recommend converting the measurements to millimeters for a smoother print.
