Geocaching containers are diverse and each one is more ingenious than the last. I wanted to do my bit by creating one that was different, different, that hadn't been seen before and, from there, the "GeoBellota" was born. I saw many acorns but I wasn't convinced by any of them, I needed one that I could hang on a tree but that could also camouflage itself. So I decided to create my own acorn based on some of the models I found on the net. The particularity of this acorn is that it is printed in thermochromatic PLA. This gives it an incredible quality. It is able to change color with the ambient temperature. This feature gives it the ability to camouflage itself according to the temperature. In winter its body will be dark green while, in summer, its body will turn yellow to resemble its congeners and go unnoticed. I hope you like it.
