A scanned miniature bronze statue, resembling Christian Petersen's "Gentle Doctor", was awarded to a veterinarian as a service recognition. The original sculpture is displayed at Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. For more information, visit http://www.museums.iastate.edu/ChristianPetersen.html. Due to its size (over 8 inches), the top of the doctor's head isn't precisely depicted. The scanning was done at Dr. Franek Hasiuk's GeoFabLab, Department of Geological and Atmospheric Sciences, Iowa State University, using a MakerBot Digitizer Desktop 3D Scanner in "Dark" setting.
