This model is cut into 24 pieces to fit in printer with 200mm x 200mm x 200mm platform. An uncut version also include just in case you need it. There is a picture with pieces labelled to their file name respectively in the preview section for you to refer. All the pieces come with flat face that can lay on the printing bed easily. There is no hanging parts therefore no support is needed as well. I did punch a tunnel with 10mm diameter at the blade and the handgrip part. Hope this can give you some easier time in installing bone for the prop. If you not plan to use bone in this prop, you can ignore removing those support as it can be seen once everything is combined. Once printed, glue pieces a and b back to back using superglue or PLA glue to form a part. Do the same for the other pairs then join all the parts together to complete the prop. If you can cleanly removing the support from the tunnel, I will suggest you to join all pieces a first. Align all the pieces and install the bone to hold all the pieces from side a in position. Then glue pieces b onto those well align pieces a. You can do partially or at once, whichever is comfortable for you. The default length of the prop is 155cm-ish. You can scale it up base on your needs by using any slicer software of your choice. But remember to use the same scale factor for all the pieces. Cheers and happy printing!
