There is space for a 6mm rod going through the length of the entire blade. Sword is 120 cm long. And it's cut to fit 20cm by 20 cm printer bed. To assembly it, You need to print 4stick-full 10 times and 4stick-half 2 times. I suggest printing 4stick-full and 4stick-half at 96% scale for easier assembly. It's an untested design. Edit 2020-12-19: Thanks to lsergeev for finding a flaw in parts 6 & 7. As a temporary solution, Part 6 & 7 were slightly modified and now use AligmentHelp part instead of 4stick part. I suggest printing Part6&7AligmentHelp.stl at a lower scale for easier assembly. Edit 2021-03-13: As per the request of Sjuzhet added an uncut version.
