This model is divided into 2 parts, spearhead and pummel. Spearhead is cut into 12 pieces and pummel is cut into 6 pieces to fit in printer with 200mm x 200mm x 200mm platform. All the pieces is cut with easy printing in mind. There is no hanging part on the surface of the model therefore no support is needed. However. support is needed for the tunnel that punch through the model for bone installation. All pieces come with a flat face that can lay on the printing bed easily. However, brim is recommended to minimize warping during the printing process. There is a picture of all the pieces labelled to their file names respectively in the preview section. You can refer to the picture to get the pieces you wish to print and assemble. If you cant find any suitable pole to connect the spearhead and the pummel, there is a file name "pole" included. It is set at 180mm, you can print multiple copies of it and join together to get the length you want. You can print it in upward orientation to avoid using support. The tunnel that punch through the model is 10mm in diameter. Any support with 7mm-10mm is good, but anything below will recommend to pump in some hot glue to the tunnel to hold the bone in place. Once printed pieces a and b, glue them together using super glue or PLA glue to form a part. Repeat the same for the other pairs and join all the part together to complete the prop. The seam between the parts can be filled with wood filler or bondo. After that sand it to have a nice surface. For scaling, please use the same scale factor for all the pieces.
