This model is cut into 20 pieces. You can refer to the picture of pieces labelled with their file names respectively in the preview section. An un-cut version also included just in case you need it. All the pieces come with flat face that can lay on the bed easily. There is a small hanging parts below the "moon shape" component. Therefore a small amount of support is needed in that area. Since it is covered under the moon shape, you can skip removing the support if you want to. This model is designed base on a model with height around 183cm-ish. The prop will have a length around 120cm once combined. You can easily scale it base on your needs using slicer software of your choice. But do remember to use the same factor for all the pieces. Once printed all the pieces, glue pieces a and b back to back using PLA glue or super glue to form a parts. You can add in bone in between the connecting faces as well to further enhance the bonding of the parts. For the lining on the blade, I will suggest using reflective tape or paint to give a finish touch on it. For this model, I do make the blade slightly thinner to save some PLA. But there is still a threshold of 1mm on the edge to give more room for post processing. You can scale the thickness of the overall prop as well if you wish to. Cheers and happy printing!
