This model is cut into 12 pieces to fit in my Ender 3 with 200mm x 200mm x 200mm printing platform. There is a picture with parts label to to their file names respectively attached in the preview section. You can refer to the picture for the pieces you want to print. An uncut version also included just in case you want to cut it yourself. All the pieces are cut with easy printing in mind. All the parts come with a flat face that can lay on the printing bed easily. Since there is no hanging parts, support also can be avoided. A brim is suggested however to prevent warping during the printing process. This model is design with some threshold near the blade edge, which is around 1mm and most edge are remain solid. This give an easier post process sanding work as you have more room to work with. Once print out the pieces, glue pieces a and b back to back to form a parts. Then join all the part together to form a prop with 1104mm in length. You can add in bone to further enhance the durability of the prop as well. This can be done by drilling small hole between the connecting faces and bridge them with metal or wooden rod. For scaling, please use the same factor across all the pieces. Cheers and happy printing!
