This model is cut into 20 pieces to fit in a printer with 200mm x 200mm x 200mm platform. All the pieces are cut with easy printing and minimize the use of support in mind. All the pieces come with flat faces that can lay on the printing bed easily. The only part where support is needed where the tunnel that punch thru the the model for you to add in bone. However, you can skip removing the support if you not plan to use any bone. For the file names of the pieces, you can refer to the picture of pieces with their file name labeled. There is a uncut version included just in case you need it. Once printed, glue pieces a and b together using PLA glue or super glue to form a part. Repeat the same for the other pairs and join all the parts together. If you are not confident in cleanly remove the support from the tunnel, you can join all the pieces with the same side, for example a, with bone install. Then glue pieces b on to them. For the bone, anything between 7mm to 10mm will be sweet. If you use any thing below 7mm, I will suggest pump in some glue to hold the bone in place. The total length of this prop is around 150cm. You can scale it up base on your needs using any slicer software of your choice. For scaling, please use the same scale factor for all the pieces. Cheers and happy printing.
