Genoa Streets and Buildings 3D model
cgtrader
This model is built from actual data, making it a realistic setup of Genoa's buildings and streets in Italy. It consists of 7 groups of building models that can be customized with different colors, materials, and textures. Each group can be turned on or off to add variety to the scene. The model's geometry is UV mapped with overlapping UVs for easy texture mapping. The model is placed on a flat surface with no elevation data, meaning all buildings are positioned at ground level. Its polygonal quads and tris make it lightweight and fast to render. Since it is untextured, you can easily add your own textures to customize the look of the buildings and streets. The data used for this model comes from OpenStreetMap (OSM) at www.openstreetmap.org, which provides accurate building locations and street patterns. POINTS/VERTS : 611145 POLYGONS : 437554 .c4d - native format .3ds .fbx - v7.1 .dae - v1.5 .obj Some additional information to clarify the nature of this 3D model: The "streets" in the title refer to the areas between buildings, which are not separate 3D models. However, there are other models available that include streets as actual 3D models, such as the "XYZ" Road Network and Streets. These models can be previewed to see their details. Please note that this model may lack some buildings due to missing data in certain areas of the city, but these missing parts might become available later with an updated model at no extra cost. There may also be buildings shown on the map that have not been built yet, due to urban planning projects. Same principles apply if you purchase a terrain 3D model as well.
