Genmon RPi HAT Enclosure
thingiverse
Simple remix to fit the Raspberry Pi HAT available from Pintsize.me to connect to your Generac generator with Genmon software. Get the bottom from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1815268 Or, alternatively with magnet mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4263669 You'll need supports for the two large holes needed for access to the connectors on the HAT but outside of that you should be fine. I integrated the logo I created using Generac's font into the top of the case but you're welcome to remove that if you like. I had some magnets laying around that are 5mm and just drilled the screw holes out to press fit them in. The magnetic bottom is probably a stronger option than the dinky 5mm ones I'm using. NOTE: this case is significantly taller than the normal cases - the fan goes on the outside to ensure that you have room for everything inside. I removed and soldered in a new 40 pin header in mine that has pins on the top so I could add a tank monitor and maybe a temp sensor at a later date. That being said, you will need four 35mm long 3mm screws to attach this top. I used brass inserts in the bottom portion to tidy up assembly. (Amazon sells several M3 screw kits for whatever type and finish you prefer.) Genmon software: https://github.com/jgyates/genmon
