Genius GHP 430F headphones hinge replacement

Replacement hinge for one old Genius headphones. This part was really bad designed. It resulted in both hinges break down in a short time in the past and no glue or putty fixed it for any longer time. It's more or less the same design as original. Only the place that tends to break I made curved as much as possible. Print it 180 deg. rotated on longer side, since there're little support on the most tiny part but I even don't know if it makes any difference. You maybe also need to cut entering small side parts, just a little with the clipper. You will see if it maches or not. You will also need to use a bit more force to stretch it within the iron plate and fit the screw holes. It's 0,5mm wider to improve the strength but it makes it a little harder to change size. I like it more because the original part was just too easy to change it by accident.
