genie garage keypad repair
thingiverse
The flip-up door on my Genie IntelliCode garage door keypad snapped and after contacting Genie, their advice was to purchase a new one. I decided to explore alternatives and after several attempts, this is what I created. This part is printed using PET-G, offering excellent heat and sun resistance, as well as remarkable strength. Despite having only 10% infill, it is incredibly robust. To attach it to the body, I used superglue, and the beveled edges make it a breeze to get the cover on. For your own safety's sake, do not attempt to put the cover on until the glue has had ample time to set. This creation was made with Tinkercad.
