Geneva Drive Mechanism Assembly
thingiverse
The Geneva Drive Mechanism is a fascinating assembly that's perfect for showing off your 3D printing skills to friends and family. It consists of three key components: the drive wheel, Geneva wheel, and double bearing base. Although the bearing base has a tight tolerance, it works smoothly once assembled. You can secure the mechanism using a 3D printed M8 screw rod and nuts or any other material you prefer. This is the third version of the assembly, with previous models experiencing issues due to high tolerances in the bearing base. To address this problem, I've reduced the tolerance, making it more reliable and functional.
