This package offers a detailed exterior model with simple interior design. Each object is labeled with its material name for easy customization. The models are available in multiple formats, including 3DS Max 2011 with V-Ray and mental ray materials, as well as OBJ, LWO, C4D, FBX, and 3DS formats. Preview images showcase the model's appearance using various render settings. The RAR archive includes renders created using studio lighting and outdoor environments, with a Photoshop CS6 macro file for post-production adjustments. The model is provided with mesh smooth modifiers applied, but low or medium poly versions are also included for easier editing. Textures and materials may need to be manually added depending on the format. The polygon count varies between formats, with over 300,000 polygons in the MAX and OBJ files without mesh smoothing, and around 2.5 million faces or 1.4 million polygons when collapsed.
