In this downloadable RAR archive, you'll find various formats of a detailed exterior model with medium-detailed interiors. Each object features its material name for easy customization. For 3DS Max 2011 users, there are three options: one with V-Ray materials (as seen in studio renders), another with Mental Ray materials (outdoor renders), and a third with basic standard materials using Scanline. In each scene, models come with mesh smooth modifiers applied for rendered smoothness. For .OBJ format users, the archive offers two options: one exported without collapsing after mesh smoothing (low to medium poly mesh shown in previews) and another exported with mesh smoothing applied (import, apply materials, and render). Simple materials are provided; textures may need manual addition. In LWO and C4D formats, models are exported without collapsing after mesh smoothing (low to medium poly mesh shown in previews), ideal for editing. For FBX and 3DS formats, models come with mesh smooth already applied, ready for importing and rendering. Again, simple materials are included; additional texture work may be needed manually. Polycounts: Without mesh smoothing, there are approximately 340,000 polygons in MAX, OBJ, LWO, and C4D formats. With mesh smoothing applied, FBX and 3DS formats have around 3.5 million faces (1.9 million polygons).
