Generic Power Supply Unit (PSU) mount
thingiverse
Hello everybody! I'm excited to share with you a custom PSU underside mount that I designed from scratch. Initially, I was searching for a mount to organize an LED-strip power supply in my wife's bedroom mirror, but I wasn't satisfied with any of the existing designs; so, I decided to create my own! This is my first practical model design created using Solidworks. The mount can securely hold a PSU with dimensions approximately 135mm x 64mm x 39mm (height). The screw holes are 5mm in diameter. In addition to the basic frame, I incorporated four holders to attach excess cable length. The mount was printed on my Creality Ender 5 printer using Cura 4.3.0 slicer and standard "Dynamic Quality" settings. I utilized simple screws (approximately 1.5cm long) and washers to attach the mount underneath a wooden shelf, as shown in the photos. This is my first Thing ever uploaded, so please be kind and feel free to offer constructive criticism! Thanks!
