Generic knobs for LCD displays and rotary encoders

This collection is expanding with generic knobs designed specifically for rotary encoders, similar to those found in 3D printer displays. Currently, there are two styles: one for flat shafts where the knob must protrude into the electronics casing, and another for round shafts like the one used on the Prusa LCD for mk2 and mk3 printers.
