Generic Camera servo trigger

Generic Camera servo trigger

thingiverse

This allows you to use a mini servo to fire your camera. It's designed to fit a Canon PowerShot A2300, but it should also work on other point and shoot models. You'll need to glue the servo to the widget and hold it onto the camera with an elastic band. The elastic band worked pretty well at first, but the trigger would shift after a few shots and end up misaligned, so it wouldn't fire the camera anymore. To fix this, I modified the design and added an arm that holds the camera and keeps the trigger from shifting. All parts were designed in FreeCAD, which I want to thank for making it easy to create 3D models.
