Generic calibration tower

This is a standard calibration tower for rapid printing with a circular pillar. Print @ 0.2, including the first layer, with 0% infill, 3 walls thick, and 3 bottom layers but no top layer. 9 sections are printed using multiple processes. Between each section, there's a 0.6mm reduction in diameter with a 0.2mm overhang, making it easy to print even with a 0.4 nozzle if you're printing @ 0.2.
