<p>V1 the sketch was not correctly defined</p><p>No reason to not use V2</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer:</strong></p><p>Kingroon KP3S</p><p><strong>Rafts: </strong></p><p>No</p><p><strong>Supports:</strong></p><p>No</p><p><strong>Resolution: </strong></p><p>0.12mm</p><p><strong>Infill:</strong></p><p>80%</p><p><br> </p><p><strong>Notes:</strong></p><p> </p><p>I used PLA</p><p>Material should not matter</p><p>It is important that you use a lot of walls or dont forcefully screw it on otherwise it will snap off</p><p>If the screw breaks off inside the action camera just heat a Flathead screwdriver and melt the plastic just enough that you can rotate it out of the camera</p><h3>How I Designed This</h3><p><strong>Software</strong></p><p>I used Blender and the CAD Sketcher add-on.</p><p>I used Bolt Factory (If it would have been available when I designed this I would have probably used this Precision Bolts add-on "<a href="https://makertales.gumroad.com/l/PrecisionBolts">https://makertales.gumroad.com/l/PrecisionBolts</a>") blender add-on to create the threads it screws into.</p><p><strong>Designing</strong></p><p>I measured where I put the adapter then added a screw on-top and centered it so some of the action cameras weight is put onto the plastic body of the tripod which is why there is no weight alleviation in the design.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Category: Accessories</p>
