Generator Interlock
thingiverse
I made this interlock to fit my little 100A breaker panel. All my breakers are in a single row and the main is in the middle. Since my generator only puts out 110 VAC I added another breaker stop for the A/C unit. My A/C breakers are on 1 and 2. My generator input (back feed) breakers are on 3 and 4. My main breakers are on 5 and 6. Up is the normal position for the interlock. The main and the A/C are on and I cannot turn on the generator breaker. Turn off all the breakers then slide the interlock down. Then I can turn on the generator breaker and I cannot turn on the main or A/C breakers. I made two interlocks. One is a double, that’s the one I used. The other one is inverted from my double interlock design. One protuberance instead of two. Printed in ABS 50% infill
