This Tool is designed to easily remove a tire from a wheel as quickly as possible. The lead screw for the up down movement moves 20mm per revolution and the traverse screw 10mm per revolution. The assembly is bolted either though the hub via a single bolt or mounted via the base plate. 1. Once mounted the bead breaking tool should be wound out to a position just past the wheel rim using the traverse adjustment. 2. When in this position the assembly should then be rotated one revolution pushing the tire edge free of the wheel. If this has not completely freed off the tire, wind the bead tool in until the rollers are up against the rim of the wheel. Then turn the assembly until the tire is completely free. Turn the tire and break the bead on the other side 3. From this position the edge of the tire can be eased up over the outer lip of the tool and then moved out using the traverse adjustment until the tire is clear of the wheel at this point 4. Once this has been done the the tool can then be turned which will lift the edge of the tire completely clear of the the wheel. 5. The at this point the inner tube can then be removed and changed 6. To refit the tire the tool should be wound down against the outer wall of the tire and rotated until the tire is fully back on the wheel.
