Choose a tie that is simple yet strong in design, available in various sizes to suit your needs. Select a tie about three and a half times the diameter of what you're tying. The widths of straps, excluding teeth, are as follows: Ties 3mm wide: 60mm, 100mm, 140mm, and 180mm lengths. Ties 5mm wide: 100mm, 170mm, and 240mm lengths. Ties 8mm wide: 160mm and 240mm lengths. Ties 12mm wide: 240mm and 300mm lengths. Tie 15mm wide: 300mm length.
