Thanks again IdeaForm3d for his awesome model! I boosted its size by 200% and snapped it into parts to fix it up Next, I busted out the dremel drill to slice through some infill and shave off a bit of weight – essential for those super-skinny 9g servos After that, I slapped it all back together with some glue Now my plan is to stuff it full of servos and attach some serious limbs – whenever I've got a break between projects My son goes bonkers for those wild eyes though, so maybe we'll trade 'em in for some ninja-flex eyelids controlled by tiny servos – we'll see Big fan-built thanks again IdeaForm3d! UPDATE! I slapped on the collar STL and made sure to take out the middle bit, planning to stick in servo rods for maximum movement (just remember to add supports, or it's gonna be a real mess) Used Meshmixer and Netfab to slice out the middle section Instructions: Hey, print this with PLA at 0.20 layer height and a relatively modest 10% infill – don't worry about the supports; you won't need them all that much It's gonna take about 16 hours for the first piece and another 6 for the second one to pop out of your printer As for next time, I think a fresh white ABS finish with a sweet acetone vapour bath would really get this beauty looking its absolute best!
